2 Minutes is all you need
This is not a test.
There are no right or wrong answers.
Everyone’s idea of a “good life” looks different — and your answers simply help identify what support, structure, or next steps may be helpful for you right now.
You can go at your own pace.
YOUR JOURNEY
You’ll be guided into one of four stages in your journey:

Emerging Stage
Building safety, awareness, and the foundations of your Good Life — especially as you adjust to new circumstances or changes in your life.
This may look like shifting your focus from merely surviving to exploring what thriving may look like for you.

Growing Stage
Developing skills, confidence, and consistency in daily life, as you continue rebuilding and adapting at your own pace
This may look like you started to experience what thriving or good days looks like for you, even if they’re not yet consistent.

Blooming Stage
Strengthening your independence while creating a life that feels meaningful, sustainable, and aligned with what matters to you.
You may have a clearer sense of what a good life looks like for you and are building routines and actions that support it more consistently.

Thriving Stage
Living with confidence, clarity, and a strong sense of direction, where your Good Life feels more consistent, self-led, and personally meaningful.
This may look like actively shaping your life based on what matters to you — maintaining what works, exploring new opportunities, and continuing to grow in ways that feel purposeful and fulfilling.
Everyone’s journey looks different.
Some people are just starting.
Some are finding their way again after changes or challenges.
Some are strengthening what they already have.
Wherever you are — that’s okay.
